Package prices are starting prices. Your quotation may change depending on the size of the set-up, premium balloon colours, additional props, flowers, personalisation and travel.

Every beautiful story begins with love, and ours began with family, laughter, and the joy of making our loved ones happy.
What started as decorating for family birthdays and special celebrations soon became a passion close to our hearts.
We fell in love not only with creating beautiful balloon decorations but, most importantly, with the happiness they brought — the sparkle in a child’s eyes, the excitement of a surprise, the laughter, and the genuine smiles shared by family and friends.
Those priceless moments inspired us to turn our passion into a dream — and DEDE’S BALLOON BOUTIQUE was born.
Although our business journey is just beginning, we have already spent over a year creating special moments for our loved ones, pouring care, creativity, and love into every detail.

A 25% booking payment is required to secure your event date.
This payment forms part of your total price and will be deducted from your final balance.
Your booking is only confirmed once the booking payment has been received.
Dates cannot be held without payment.
The remaining balance must be paid 7 days before your event.
If your booking is made less than 7 days before the event, full payment will be required when booking.
Last-minute bookings are welcome where availability allows.
Bookings made with less than 72 hours’ notice may have an additional rush charge depending on:
If you need to cancel or move your booking, please contact me as soon as possible.
Where balloons, personalised items or other materials have already been purchased or prepared specifically for your event, these costs may be deducted from any refund due.
Requests to move a booking to another date will be subject to availability.
If DEDE’S BALLOON BOUTIQUE is unable to provide a service you have paid for, payment relating to that service will be refunded.
Some displays include hired equipment such as:
All hire equipment remains the property of DEDE’S BALLOON BOUTIQUE.
A refundable £30–£50 damage deposit may be required depending on the equipment included in your setup.
The deposit will be returned once the equipment has been collected and checked.
Lost, damaged or missing equipment may be charged at replacement cost.
Please do not move, dismantle or remove hired equipment without agreement.

A collection charge may apply where hired equipment needs to be collected after your event.
Most standard packages include up to 3 standard balloon colours unless otherwise stated.
You can customise your display with:
Premium balloons, additional colours, double-stuffed/custom colours, extra flowers, props and larger displays may have an additional charge.
Every setup is designed individually, so all advertised prices are FROM prices.
Outdoor balloon displays can be affected by:
Outdoor installations will only be completed where it is safe and suitable to do so.
The design may need to be adjusted depending on weather conditions.
Unfortunately, the lifespan of balloons used outdoors cannot be guaranteed because weather conditions are outside our control.
